The circle of life. It’s a fact of life. People come and people go. Our time here is so short and so precious, and we never know when our last moments with someone will be. Time together should be treasured, remembered and captured. Not long after this family brought into the world a baby so dear, another one so dear was taken away – the circle of life……
Two lives to be celebrated for this family for very different reasons. One new life celebrated for what it will bring to the world and to others and the other life celebrated for how it impacted lives and what it leaves behind. It’s all a celebration nonetheless for the relationships we have and the ones we were blessed with. We really strive to capture and document those valuable relationships in the lives of our families. The relationship is this session between big sis Reagan and little Shelby is extraordinary. Reagan is in awe of this little being that has come into her world. She even swaddled her Build-A-Bear like Shelby. It’s amazing to witness. There is so much love already in this relationship between sisters. They will navigate life together, always there for one another. Maybe even with Chili there to protect them
We spent the afternoon hanging out a few weeks ago the day after Shelby got home from the hospital with her family. We always enjoy time with them. In case you didn’t catch their maternity session, make sure you check it out here.

Thanks, Pam & Ryan, for putting up with me all day AND for the yummy pulled-pork burritos. It made getting pooped on by Shelby okay in my book Job hazards……..
