Married :: Richard & Lindsey’s St Augustine Wedding

We had the absolute joy of being in St Augustine a few weeks ago for Lindsey & Richard as they became husband and wife at Ancient City Baptist Church. Family and friends celebrated this “mixed” marriage at the White Room afterwards. What an incredibly fun and genuine group of people.

So, what do I mean by “mixed” marriage? Well, SHE is a Seminole and HE is a Gator. I suppose there are worse things and I suppose their marriage will survive these vast differences. Of course it will!!!! This wedding was so great. Richard serenaded his groomsmen and the girls danced in the street with their “junk in the trunk”. Although it was spotty weather all day, we never got wet and it made for some pretty darn amazing skies. The coolest moment about this day was unknown until we started looking through the images in capture-time order. At almost the SAME time, Lindsey & Richard are each looking at themselves in the mirror- at the St George Inn in different rooms. Isn’t that the coolest? I thought so.

I loved the details of the day and the classic colors. Lindsey looked amazing in her dress from Something Blue and her expertly done hair and makeup by Mike & Kiri with Mosaic Hair Studio. I’m sure Jay Neumark with Simply Wed Videography was able to capture an amazing day on video. Enjoy some of our favorites from their day.

Thanks, Richard and Lindsey, for inviting us into your lives. We are so honored to have been a part of your wedding day. We definitely need to go hang at Houston’s one night!

Married :: Jill and Cary's Oldest House Wedding and Casa Monica Reception – St. Augustine

A few weeks ago we traveled back up to beautiful St Augustine for the Oldest House wedding and Casa Monica reception for Jill and Cary. It was an absolute blast!!

There were so many awesome moments throughout this most perfect day in America’s oldest city. Two of my favorites were the saber arch after the ceremony and the saber cake cutting. The best man’s toast was also pretty awesome as he had everyone falling over with laughter!! It was hysterical Thanks for the laughs.

Karen Erwin with St Augustine Weddings and Special Events helped produce an amazing day for Jill and Cary. Debbie Poli of Green Eyed Girl Productions was there to catch it all on video. Jill looked incredible in her Demetrios dress. The florals designed by Flowers by Shirley went perfectly with the green and blue color palette of the day. The cake by Irma Kay Strikler was so unique and delicious!!

This wedding was definitely a huge celebration. The reception was one �of the best parties I’ve been to in a long time. Everyone was partying hard and enjoying this incredible wedding celebration in honor of Jill and Cary

Married: Ansley & Bryan's St. Augustine Wedding

A couple of weeks ago I went to St Augustine to capture and tell the wedding story of Ansley and Bryan who were married at Flagler Memorial Presbyterian Church with the reception following at the incredible Casa Monica Hotel. This was our third wedding with Ansley as she was a bridesmaid at Jeff and Lindsey’s and maid of honor at Megan and Ryan’s. It was so awesome to finally be there for her on HER wedding day!

There was so much love and emotion on this day that it was impossible not to be affected by it. I was deeply moved by the relationships I was able to document. Ansley and Bryan are surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and loving friends and family. �It was an incredible day and one I was honored to be a part of.

Sara Grace with The Big Event Planning did an amazing job of bringing to life Ansley’s vision for her wedding. Everything was amazingly beautiful from the florals by 57 Treasury to the wedding gown from Solutions Bridal in Winter Park. Every detail was absolutely perfect! DJ Frankie C created a very fun and festive reception atmosphere for MUCH partying to happen In Motion Video Productions was there to capture all the fun on video.
