Wow. Amazing how fast 4 months can fly by. So fast when it is your own kid, and seems even faster when it is your niece. It's already February???? Oh my!
Okay, so I know this is very late. But I do have the “new baby” excuse, right?? How long can I use that one? Well, we’ve just come up for air from our busiest season yet! It was amazing. We hope everyone is having a great year so far and that you got to spend quality time with family and friends over the holidays. We had some fun of our own making this Christmas card Cheers!! Gainesville Proposal :: Kara + Jason
Back in October, I had the honor and pleasure of witnessing and secretly capturing Jason propose to Kara. It was so awesome watching one of my best friends propose to his bride-to-be!! I travelled up to Gainesville where Jason and Kara were going to the Ingrid Michaelson concert. One Month Ago… Our lives changed for the better
Wow. I can’t believe it has been one full month since our little bundle of joy arrived. It has been so crazy and so wonderful! Bryce is adjusting well thanks to Grammy Buoy who we were blessed to have for two whole weeks! I didn’t want her to leave That’s OK. She’ll be back tomorrow for a couple more weeks. Yipeeee!! Hey everyone. Thanks for all the emails about Brooks. It turns out that he was a little impatient and decided to come a few days early. Brooks was born Sunday 6:32 AM. Brooks and Ann are doing great. We’re home now and still getting our bearings, learning how well we can function on very little sleep and basically enjoying our new son. Building and Growing – Building a Truck with Daddy
I love being a Dad. It’s so cool seeing Bryce grow up (already too fast it seems…). This past Saturday morning we went to Lowe’s for their monthly Build and Grow kid workshops. This month’s project was a cool red GMC Truck. For every project you complete you get a new patch to sew onto your very own workshop apron. I’ve always been a Home Depot kind of guy but Lowe’s will be seeing us a little more often. This whole experience was so fun and so well done that I can hardly wait for the next one. Bryce + Boots + Rock & Roll Hair = Totally Hilarious
We had some real fun with Bryce one night! He likes to do his hair like mommy and he frequently wants me to put hairspray in his hair. Well, one evening we got a little carried away. He absolutely loved it and thought he looked hilarious. He kept laughing at himself in the mirror He also likes wearing my boots. Mike and I laughed until we cried!!
